Role of CNC Technology
Micron-level tolerances are required in hydraulic cylinder manufacturing. CNC lathes and machining centres enable high-precision production of piston rods, cylinder bodies, and connection parts.
Compared with manual turning, CNC machining offers consistent quality and shorter production times in serial production.
Production Process
Cylinder body honing ensures internal surface smoothness and extends gasket life. Final dimensions of the piston rod after hardening and chrome plating are given on the CNC lathe.
Connection threads and flange surfaces are machined on the machining centre to guarantee mounting compatibility.
