Hydraulic Cylinders

We manufacture hydraulic cylinders according to connection types, seals, pressure, temperature and operating conditions.

Hydraulic Cylinders

Hydraulic Cylinders

We manufacture hydraulic cylinders according to connection types, sealing elements, working pressure, ambient temperature, application location and conditions, and our customers' specific requirements. A hydraulic cylinder is a circuit component that converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and is used to achieve linear motion. Hydraulic energy produced by the hydraulic pump can be converted into linear or angular motion with the help of the cylinder. Cylinder bore diameter is the most important factor determining cylinder force.

Hydraulic cylinders can vary in features and dimensions depending on their area of use. They are generally used in hydraulic presses, construction machinery, cranes, platforms, plastic injection machines, factories, agricultural machinery, mines, the iron and steel industry, elevators, dam gates, and ship hatches. Custom hydraulic cylinder designs are made for many different industrial sectors. Corrosion coatings are also applied according to environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity.

Single-Acting Cylinders

Single-Acting Cylinders

Single-acting cylinders are elements that move in forward and return directions. These pistons move forward thanks to the hydraulic oil pressure applied to them. However, return movement is achieved not by pressure but by the weight of the piston itself or the load on the piston. They are called single-acting pistons because pressure acts in only one direction.

The hydraulic jack found in almost every vehicle is a fine example of a single-acting hydraulic cylinder and represents the most common application of a gravity-return cylinder. Single-acting cylinders are used in many machines, for example in hydraulic elevators, construction machinery, and agricultural machinery. These cylinders can be produced in various lengths according to use and requirements.

Double-Acting Cylinders

Double-Acting Cylinders

These pistons also move in forward and return directions. Forward and return movement of these pistons is provided by hydraulic oil pressure. Both forward and return movement is controlled and driven by the user.

Unlike single-acting cylinders, all movement depends on pressure. They are used very frequently, especially in construction machinery. These cylinders can also be produced to the required dimensions.

Tandem Cylinders

Tandem Cylinders

Uses multiple pistons connected through a common rod to generate relatively high force from low supply pressure and a small bore.

Designed for applications where high force must be produced in a narrow radial space where significant axial length is available. A tandem cylinder functions as two single-rod-end cylinders connected in line to each other with a common rod, plus a second rod extending from the rod-end cap. Each piston chamber is double-acting to produce much higher forces without an increase in fluid pressure or bore diameter.

Telescopic Cylinders

Telescopic Cylinders

Telescopic hydraulic cylinders are ideal for applications where the force area is limited. Telescopic cylinders provide longer reach, making them excellent for heavy construction machinery, dump trucks, and other industrial mobile equipment.

Replacement telescopic hydraulic cylinders are an excellent way to keep your industrial heavy machinery operational. Custom-designed telescopic cylinders can be built with advanced capacity, stroke lengths, and stage counts that standard telescopic cylinders cannot meet, taking load capacities into account. Common industrial mobile equipment that benefits from telescopic cylinders includes refuse trucks, platform truck trailers, front loaders, side loaders, drilling rigs, trailer transfer systems, agricultural machinery, and construction machinery.
